Saxelby Cheesemongers ships anywhere within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

| What are my shipping charges? |

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment
information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout
page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
Due to the perishable nature of our products, all orders are guaranteed to be delivered within 2 business days via Fedex Ground, Home Delivery or Express.
The price of Cheesemongers' Choice, Gift Certificates and Cheese Gear do not include shipping. You will be given the live rate when placing your order online.
Cheese of the Month Club
The Shipping and Handling via Fedex charge includes all shipping costs for 3, 4, 6, or 12 months.

| When will my order ship? |

Orders placed before midnight will be automatically shipped the following business day. Please note that all orders placed Wednesdays through Sundays will ship the following Monday (except Cheese of the Month Club).
Saxelby Cheesemongers ships anywhere within the continental United States Mondays through Wednesdays with the exception of national holidays. Please refer to the shipping chart below for our shipping schedule.

During December and other peak periods, we may require additional days to process and deliver your order and will inform you of any unusual delays.
We ship all packages with Signature Release, so FedEx will leave it at
your door if you are not available to receive it. We cannot ship to PO
Boxes.
Cheese of the Month Club
Your cheese will be shipped the 2nd Tuesday of the month and will arrive by Thursday.

| What is the return policy? |

We can't wait for you to enjoy your American farmstead cheese selection. Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt and refrigerate your cheese. Please call us at 212-228-8204 within 24 hours of receipt of your package if you have any questions or concerns about your shipment.
Please note that we cannot be responsible for damaged or compromised product due to the following:
1. Delayed deliveries due to weather or other "Acts of God"
2. Incorrect addresses
3. Unopened shipments upon receipt. We ask that you ensure that the recipient or other responsible party will be available to receive, open and properly store you order.
