You know what they say... every dog has its day and every cheese has its season (or something like that.) For this special Cheese of the Month Club, the mongers at Saxelby's will create a tailored selection showcasing rare and wonderful cheeses available only at certain times during the year. Think fresh, crisp, light cheeses in the summer time and robust, belly-warming cheeses when we're all snowed in. When it comes to picking the best cheese for the weather, mother nature knows best! Delivered four times annually: In January, April, July, and October.
